The Site and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and descriptions of our proprietary machine learning models, autonomous drone solutions, and software frameworks—are owned by Sunexcore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Using the Site to conduct any unauthorized scraping, data mining, or data extraction.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sunexcore, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
